High Tech Laser & Polishing provides precise laser etching, engraving, cutting, texturing and drilling across a spectrum of substrates that includes metal, plastic, wood, leather and rubber. The operation runs ten laser machines, which enables it to serve a broad array of industries with a diversified service portfolio. Its lasers can create contrasting surface marks or achieve engraving depths from as shallow as 0.0002 in. to 0.100 in. and beyond. The equipment is capable of micro‑engraving characters as low as 0.006 in. tall, and can reach sidewalls, contoured surfaces, deep pockets or slots—areas that are typically difficult to access—while maintaining high detail and resolution. In addition, High Tech Laser & Polishing offers SPI‑specified mold finishes ranging from dry‑blasting treatments to diamond‑mirror finishes. To satisfy customer demand and ensure rapid turnaround, the facility operates two shifts.
