Lynchburg Air Preheater Corp. designs and manufactures custom heat‑transfer equipment, parts and related supplies. Its product line covers steam‑coil air heaters, gas‑turbine inlet heating or cooling coils, air‑to‑water exchangers, liquid‑to‑gas units, tube‑in‑tube heat exchangers, water coils, circular steam coils, and air preheaters that operate with steam, water, thermal fluid or glycol. The company also provides structural bases engineered to span existing building steel and to support both the air preheater and associated ductwork. Engineering services include the design of replacement steam coils tailored to specific requirements, with the capability to work from a broad range of commercially available materials. Replacement coils are stocked for most heater brands. Typical applications span film, pulp and paper, carpet, rubber, tobacco and oriented strand board drying; coal and oil‑fired utility boilers; comfort heating, cooling and dehumidification systems; autoclaves; as well as gas‑turbine inlet cooling and manifold piping. All products are manufactured in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII Division 1 and Section I standards.
