Advanced Hermetics, Inc. remanufactures and rebuilds air‑conditioning compressors. The process begins with full disassembly and thorough cleaning of every component, followed by detailed inspection to confirm that all parts meet original equipment manufacturer tolerances. Critical wear items—including rings, valves and bearings—are replaced, cylinders are re‑honed, and crankshafts receive a polishing treatment. Each rebuilt compressor undergoes run‑testing to verify oil pressure, amperage, pump‑down performance, and proper loading and unloading characteristics. After testing, the units are charged with dry nitrogen. All compressors and parts carry a one‑year warranty, and customers may elect to purchase extended warranty coverage.
