Plasidyne Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. designs and fabricates custom machined plastic and soft‑metal parts for a range of applications. The product catalog includes seals, O‑rings, retainer rings, packing rings, back‑up rings, blocks, bearings, caps, flanges, poppets, gaskets, nozzles, sleeves, pads, plugs, rollers, washers and spacers. Materials processed cover ABS, acetal, aluminum, brass, bronze, Delrin, FEP, FR4, G‑10, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, UHMW, nylon, phenolic, polycarbonate, polyimide, Vespel, stainless steel and additional engineered compounds. Production capabilities encompass milling, turning, CNC as well as conventional machining, alongside prototyping and molding services. The company also supplies compression‑molded PTFE compounds formulated with various fillers. Both prototype quantities and high‑volume production runs are supported. Plasidyne serves the aviation, aerospace, automotive, military, oil & gas and medical sectors. The operation is ITAR registered and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.
