Badger Precision Spring, Inc. designs and manufactures custom springs using a range of materials that include carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, music wire, precious metals and resistance alloys. The product portfolio covers extension, conical and barrel springs, each offered with open, closed or ground ends, as well as torsion, flat and standard compression springs. In addition, Badger Precision Spring supplies brackets, spring clips, contact plates, washers, wire forms, rings and a variety of flat, cantilever and beam springs. The company also provides stamping operations and a suite of secondary processes such as spring grinding, hand forming, automatic and hand looping, stress‑relief treatment, packaging and complete assemblies. Both prototype and full‑scale production runs are supported. Applications span office equipment, computers, pianos and switches, while the primary markets served are the automotive and medical sectors.
