Aero-Mod, Inc. designs and supplies a bag dewatering system that serves as an alternative to belt filter presses, drying beds, centrifuges and plate‑and‑frame presses for small to moderate sized producers. The equipment uses gravity and air pressure to compact solids into disposable porous bags, each with a capacity of roughly 3 cf. Once compacted, the bags are removed from the unit and continue drying inside the bag until they are ready for final disposal. The system can also dewater thin slurry streams directly. Constructed from stainless steel, the units are compact and can be installed and operational within hours
