Flambeau, Inc. delivers full‑service custom and contract thermoplastic injection and blow molding, as well as tool and mold design and manufacturing, to original equipment manufacturers. The company maintains ISO, QS, EDI and JIT capabilities across its operations. It offers a broad portfolio of stock items that can be configured into fully‑custom fluid‑system tanks, containers, plastic boxes, cases, bins, trays, storage systems and cabinets. Typical applications span packaging, shipping, storage, stockroom organization, merchandising, display, utility, tools, components and parts, with options for conductive ESD solutions. Flambeau’s micro‑precision molding achieves tolerances of plus or minus 0.0005 inches. All engineering, design, prototyping and production tooling are performed in‑house. Secondary processes include in‑mold decorating and graphics, overmolding, insert molding, welding, heat transfers, screening, pad printing, custom assembly and packaging. ISO, QS, EDI and JIT standards underpin the entire production flow.
