Master Grade designs and manufactures electric knife sharpeners for commercial and home use. Each unit incorporates three soft‑sharpening wheels—coarse, medium and fine—while patented angle guides accommodate blade dimensions up to ¼ inch wide and ⅛ inch high, allowing a re‑profile of the edge to a 15‑degree bevel. The product line is supported by a range of accessories such as narrow‑opening and wide‑opening covers, hand screws, wheel guards and rotation shafts. Certified to cUL, UL and NSF standards, the sharpeners serve environments including commercial kitchens, slaughterhouses, food‑processing facilities, culinary schools, supermarkets, restaurants and butcher shops. In addition to the electric sharpeners, Master Grade offers ceramic knife diamond sharpeners, three‑layer knives and high‑speed stainless‑steel knives.
