Knight School of Welding delivers comprehensive welding education and related services. The curriculum includes Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preparation and foundational courses in stick welding (SMAW), MIG welding (GMAW) and TIG welding (GTAW). Students also receive instruction in basic blueprint interpretation, oxy‑acetylene flame cutting, plasma arc cutting and gas metal arc welding across flat, horizontal and vertical positions. In addition, the program covers gas tungsten arc welding of carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. A specialized PIPE Welding Uphill training track teaches welding terminology, quality standards and uphill welding techniques aligned with ASME Section IX. Participants practice open‑root welding of mild‑steel pipe in 5G, 2G and 6G orientations, using SMAW electrodes such as ER6010 and low‑hydrogen ER7018. The school offers preparation for code‑based certification exams and also provides on‑site welding services when needed.
