Reliance Gear Corporation designs and manufactures high‑precision gearing solutions. Its product line includes spiral bevel, zerol and hypoid gears ranging from 3 D.P. to 33 P.D., as well as spur and helical gears covering 3.5 D.P. up to 200 D.P. and extending to 26 P.D. The company also produces worms and worm gears to 3 D.P., and planet gears available from 7 D.P. to 20 P.D. A special breakdown service is offered, and the firm maintains a catalog of high‑standard tooling that can be supplied as stock or modified stock spiral gears. All inspections follow MIL‑Q‑9858, with gauge control aligned to MIL‑C‑45662A, and statistical process control (SPC) inspections are applied as needed in accordance with MIL‑105D.
