A & S Expedited Machining delivers precision CNC machining using 3‑, 4‑, 5‑ and 6‑axis equipment. The shop processes a broad range of materials, including Inconel®, Kovar®, polypropylene, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, acetal, various steels, tin, iron, lead and titanium. Core capabilities span milling, drilling, boring, turning, threading, tapping, knurling, hobbing and broaching, while sheet‑metal fabrication and rapid‑prototype production are also offered. Additional services encompass deep‑hole drilling, welding, plating, passivation, heat treating, centerless grinding and anodizing. A & S Expedited Machining supports projects from prototype through low‑ and high‑volume production for sectors such as medical, aerospace, chemical, automotive, agriculture, dental, medical‑device and biomedical. The operation follows Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen 5S practices, accepts blanket orders, and works with AutoCAD and SolidWorks® files. Products comply with Mil‑Spec, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, AWS, QS, SAE and TS requirements and hold CSA, FAA and FDA approvals. The company is RoHS compliant and holds CE and NADCAP certifications.
