Custom Industrial Processing, Inc. delivers precision CNC machining, mechanical plating, and assembly solutions. Its CNC operations encompass automated turning, as well as 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis milling and honing, with a particular focus on sintered powder metal parts. The shop also processes conventional materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and copper alloys. In‑house engineering teams design and produce custom CNC fixtures to support production. Mechanical plating services cover zinc, zinc galvanizing, tin, tin‑zinc, and tin‑zinc‑aluminum finishes, all performed to ASTM B695 specifications. The organization maintains ISO 9001 certification and utilizes a 5‑axis CMM for dimensional verification. Additional capabilities include vacuum resin impregnation and the ability to handle low, medium, and high volume runs.
