Label‑Aire, Inc. designs and manufactures both standard and custom labeling systems and equipment. Its portfolio includes label applicators, printer applicators, print‑and‑apply stations, rotary and inline configurations, as well as RFID labeling systems and unwinders. The applicators are equipped with automatic speed‑following technology that conforms to product surface profiles, delivering wrinkle‑free labeling, and they can encode RFID tags while integrating Checkpoint® and Sensormatic™ security tags to deter theft. Machines may be configured with applicators capable of wrapping and applying front, back, full or partial labels up to 180 degrees. Supporting accessories such as dual unwinders and T‑base stands are available; the unwinders provide automatic splicing, label tensioning, and eliminate stoppage. Label‑Aire’s capabilities cover text, barcode and graphic printing, multipanel and corner‑wrap labeling, and both thermal‑transfer and direct‑transfer imprinting of encoded RFID tags, enabling immediate label application after printing.
