FMDK Inc. designs and manufactures the Merlin II precipitator control system, a solution that enhances precipitator performance through automatic high‑voltage regulation aimed at improving collection efficiency and maintaining optimal power levels. The product portfolio also includes rapper controls compatible with all varieties of precipitator rapping devices and penthouse ventilation control modules. A central management system (CMS) delivers complete integration of precipitator controls together with comprehensive data reporting. In addition, a DCS interface and a report acquisition and monitoring system (RAM) facilitate EPA Title 5 reporting of voltages and currents, interfacing with any AVC. FMDK Inc. also supplies SCR assemblies and components and produces electronic brake control units (EDCU) for light‑rail applications.
