Unique Wire Weaving Co., Inc. produces industrial‑grade wire mesh and filter cloth using a broad spectrum of specialty alloys such as Hastelloy®, Inconel®, gold, titanium, tantalum, molybdenum, silver, platinum and tungsten. The company can weave products ranging from 4 to 400 square mesh and fabricate filter cloth with openings as fine as 10 microns, employing wire diameters between 0.0008 in. and 0.032 in. Custom weaving projects, research‑and‑development work, prototype builds, as well as downstream processes like fabrication and annealing are offered. An on‑hand inventory exceeds 500 standard items, enabling immediate off‑the‑shelf sales. Processing capabilities include ultrasonic vapor degreasing, shearing, automated cut‑off, punching, circle cutting, slitting, rolling, forming, welding, brazing, de‑burring, resistance spot welding, PTFE coating, laser cutting, sintering, annealing, calendaring, passivation and final packaging. Materials handled span aluminum, brass, Carpenter 20®, Hastelloy®, copper, Haynes®, nickel, molybdenum, Monel®, silver, stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, phosphor bronze, tantalum, platinum, gold and Inconel®. Mesh styles are available in plain, twill, plain filter, twilled filter and micron‑weave constructions. The operation complies with ASTM E2016, ASTM E2814 and holds ISO 9001 certification.
