Ilene Industries, Inc. designs and produces custom gaskets, roller and ball bearing retainers, bearing cages, felt products, stampings, leather goods, and silicone rubber items including sheets. The firm also supplies a broad portfolio of gasket raw materials such as rubber, Buna‑N, butyl, diaphragm, gum, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, Viton®, EPDM, EVA, foam, ABS, Lexan®, nylon, Nylatron, PVC, phenolics, polyurethane, PTFE, urethane, Torlon®, Mylar® and styrene. Production capabilities encompass gasket fabrication, in‑house steel‑rule die creation, custom vulcanization, and deburring on dedicated machines, while stamping operations are supported by presses ranging from 15 tons to 125 tons. Ilene Industries offers a suite of value‑added services that includes water‑jet and abrasive‑jet cutting, lathe work, die and kiss cutting, material stripping and coiling, tooling, grinding, skiving, prototyping, laminating, waterproofing and inspection. Its product line and material selections are engineered for gasket fabricators, OEM manufacturers and a variety of industrial applications. All processes comply with ASTM, FDA and applicable military specifications.
