Perley-Halladay Associates, Inc. designs, manufactures and distributes custom refrigerated structures for commercial, scientific, industrial and agricultural use from its West Chester, PA facility. The product line spans both refrigerated and non‑refrigerated warehouses and buildings, as well as the associated systems and components. Refrigerated buildings cover scientific and agricultural facilities, process and production plants, walk‑in coolers and freezers, while non‑refrigerated structures serve general industrial applications. System offerings include central ammonia refrigeration, process coolers and freezers, and spiral or blast chilling and freezing units. Component options comprise insulated metal panels, cold‑storage doors, roof assemblies, loading docks, fire‑protection equipment, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, and material‑handling solutions. The prefabricated panel systems feature six‑inch urethane cores with metal skins finished in siliconized polyester or Kynar® coatings. Customers can specify entrance doors, thermometers, alarms, monitoring devices, floor ramps and storage racks as optional accessories. Perley‑Halladay also provides specialized installation and repair services for refrigeration equipment.
