The Engineered Precision Casting Co., Inc. (EPCO) provides custom precision investment casting solutions. It works with a broad spectrum of ferrous and non‑ferrous air‑melt alloys, including stainless steels (austenitic and martensitic), carbon steels, cast iron, nickel‑base, cobalt‑base, copper‑base and aluminum‑base alloys. EPCO’s technical portfolio includes rapid prototyping, stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering, thermojet waxing, quickcast prototyping, as well as injection tooling and fixture fabrication. The company also delivers steel and aluminum heat‑treating, precipitation hardening, Rockwell® hardness testing, quenching, hot isostatic pressing, homogenizing, and a full range of non‑destructive testing such as liquid penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, radiographic inspection, 2D and 3D CAD modeling, and CNC machining. Casting repair services are offered in addition to the core capabilities. EPCO serves customers in the aviation, aerospace, defense and commercial markets.
