American Hollow Boring Co. delivers deep‑hole drilling, trepanning, honing, and both rough and finish machining solutions for virtually every metal grade employed in heavy‑industry applications. The shop can bore holes as large as 20 in., hone diameters ranging from 1 in. to 24 in., and handle workpieces exceeding 30 ft. in length. Conventional machining is available on parts up to 33 ft. between centers, while CNC capability extends to 160 in. between centers. Production saws can cut sections up to 16 in. × 16 in., and the facility is rated for a maximum load of 20,000 lb. In addition to primary machining, the company offers inventory management for customer‑owned material and processes the return of scrap cores and chips. American Hollow Boring Co. operates under the MIL‑I‑45208A and MIL‑STD‑45662A certifications.
