Mold In Graphic Systems manufactures custom graphics for molded plastic products, providing both mold‑in and mold‑on options. Mold‑in graphics are placed inside the mold before the plastic is formed, whereas mold‑on graphics are applied directly to the finished part. All labels are permanent and undergo testing for flexibility, UV resistance, water exposure, extreme temperatures, solar radiation, impact, adhesion, chemicals, solvents, and humidity. The graphics are compatible with rotational molding, injection molding, thermoforming, and blow molding processes, and the company also supplies high‑temperature labels, barcoding, and serialized number graphics. Every graphic produced is recyclable. In addition, Mold In Graphic Systems offers a range of ancillary products, including adhesives, enhancement compounds, burnishers, sealers, mold‑release removers, and pad applicators.
