Tops Well Services provides hydraulic fracturing solutions for oil and gas wells. The operation involves pumping fluid into the well at pressures sufficient to fracture the surrounding formation. During the process, sand or ceramic proppants are mixed into the fluid and introduced into the newly created fractures, where they hold the cracks open and enable hydrocarbons to flow more readily into the wellbore. After the proppant has been placed, the fracturing fluid returns to the surface, leaving the sand or ceramic material securely positioned within the fracture.
