Perforated Tubes, Inc. manufactures perforated tubes and tubing and holds ISO 9001:2000 certification. The product line can be supplied with flanges, end caps, or threaded end connectors to meet specific design requirements. Available raw materials include mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, Monel®, Hastelloy®, Inconel® and titanium. The company’s production capability covers outside diameters from ¼ in. to 12 in., wall thicknesses ranging from 0.025 in. to 0.167 in., and dimensional tolerances of ±0.010 in. as standard, or ±0.002 in. on centerless‑ground tubes. Surface treatments such as plating, electropolishing and powder‑coat color finishes are also offered. These perforated tubes are applied in filtration systems and serve the aerospace, aviation, automotive (including air‑bag and muffler components), paper and pulp, oil, gas, petrochemical and architectural sectors. Typical uses include acoustical dampening, filtration and separation, structural members, EMI shielding, safety guards, liquid, gas or vapor diffusion, grills, trim, light diffusion and decorative items.
