SJS Equipment, Inc. designs and manufactures powder‑coat batch processing ovens and high‑production gas screen‑printing dryers. The ovens incorporate an airflow system that distributes heat uniformly throughout the chamber and are equipped with digital controls that use DC‑modulated control valves. Each unit is housed in a NEMA 12 steel enclosure and can be fitted with burners ranging from 6 in. to 24 in., delivering between 500,000 and 2,000,000 B.T.U. of heat according to the oven size. Blower assemblies are available in sizes from 12 in. to 18 in., with motor capacities up to 5 horsepower, and the chamber walls are 4 in. thick with a density of 6 lb per cubic foot. In addition, gas‑convection ovens are offered, which remove belt temperature fluctuations and reduce the risk of scorching or undercuring.
