Martin Kurz & Co. supplies sintered porous metal materials and a range of finished products. The portfolio includes diffusion‑bonded stainless‑steel wire‑mesh laminates as well as porous metals formed from sintered powders. Available diffusion‑bonded alloys span the 300‑series stainless steels, Monel® 400, Hastelloy® C‑22, phosphor bronze, and additional metal grades. Products are offered as standard‑size sheets or can be custom‑fabricated into cylinders, cones, and other configurations equipped with welded fittings, flanges, or connectors. Standard‑issue items designed for filtration or fluidization feature uniform pore dimensions or engineered permeability. Core capabilities encompass thermal processing of stainless steels and other alloys, annealing of wire mesh, sintering of client‑provided mesh in coil or roll form, metal heat treating, and furnace brazing of components and assemblies.
