Qualastat manufactures cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and flexible circuit assemblies. The firm applies copper braid to its products to achieve EMI and RFI shielding, and it also uses synthetic coverings such as Dacron, nylon and Kevlar® for added protection. Connectors and breakout junctions are molded with polyurethane, rubber or epoxy, a process that improves environmental performance and preserves product integrity. All soldering operations follow the requirements of Mil‑STD‑2000. Quality management adheres to Mil‑I‑45208A, and calibration procedures are maintained in accordance with Mil‑I‑45662.
