Imprex Division of Godfrey & Wing designs and fabricates custom vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) systems for OEM applications and deploys them worldwide. The division also provides VPI processing for metal castings, powdered, sintered, ferrous alloys and electronic components, targeting porosity sealing and scrap reduction. Available process options include wet‑vacuum cycles, dry vacuum‑pressure cycles, and a proprietary three‑phase sequence that alternates wet and dry vacuum phases. Additional capabilities cover light assembly, pressure verification, and tailored solutions to address unique impregnation requirements. Turnaround can be rapid, with same‑day service when needed.
