JTD Stamping Co., Inc. supplies both standard and custom metal stampings and related stamped components. The product line features precision washers, shims, gaskets, spacers and a broad array of special washers. Washer configurations cover 1‑ through 6‑wave designs, Belleville, metric, countersunk, flange, flat and other specialty types. Special‑washers are offered in numerous standard and engineered shapes such as diamond, oval, hexagonal, notched, octagonal, rectangular, D‑shaped, C‑shaped, keyed and square. Manufacturing utilizes materials that include steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, fiber, nylon and PTFE. All items are UL® registered and conform to applicable Military specifications as well as ANSI/ASQC standards.
