The organization supports engineering design, prototype development, and high‑volume production runs for a broad spectrum of applications such as wire baskets, custom wire forms, point‑of‑purchase displays, screens, grills, filters, protective guards, fan guards, wire shelving, rotating plating drums, barrels, wire hooks, plating racks, painting racks, and related products. Fabrication capabilities extend to material thicknesses of up to 7 gauge, and the shop is equipped to roll large structural shapes and tubing. Certifications include compliance with Mil‑Spec, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Federal Government specifications. In addition to part design and prototyping, E Tube & Wire offers a full suite of processes: forming, grinding, MIG, TIG, stick, resistance and robotic welding, plasma cutting, rolling, sawing, shearing, and tube bending.
