Company record
Nanofiber Future Technology Corporation manufactures nanofibers derived from liquid‑based polymers. These fibers, whose diameters range from 50 nm to 5 µm, are transparent, lightweight and possess a high surface‑area-to‑volume ratio. The company employs electrospinning to generate continuous webs of nanofibers from a broad spectrum of polymers, inorganic substances, and polymer‑inorganic or particulate blends. This highly controlled process enables the production of organic, inorganic, or hybrid fibers with nanoscale dimensions. Nanofiber polymer coatings are applied to non‑woven textiles, paper, wood and metal at loadings between 0.25 g and 0.75 g per square meter. The coating technology is compatible with paper, fabric, metal, glass and virtually any flexible or rigid substrate, and can be delivered at very high line speeds. The resulting nanofibers serve a diverse set of markets, including filtration, barrier systems, wipes, personal‑care products, material reinforcement, apparel, insulation, medical devices and energy‑storage applications.
