Applied Diamond Coatings supplies diamond‑like thin films for automotive and medical markets. The coatings provide abrasion resistance, anti‑stick performance, high hardness, chemical protection, electrical isolation, wear protection, and barriers to water and oxygen, and can be formulated as either hydrophobic or hydrophilic surfaces. In automotive applications the films are used on engine components and gear box parts, while in medical devices they deliver biocompatible chemical resistance, low friction and wear, and stability in acids, alkalis, solvents, salts and water.
