Sparrell Engineering Research Corp. designs and manufactures prewired feedthrough assemblies, including multiple‑thermocouple and electrical vacuum feedthrough units. The products are installed using standard 1/2‑inch and 3/4‑inch NPT pretreatment threads and are suitable for vacuum and moderate‑pressure environments. Customers can select from all‑copper or standard thermocouple calibrations, and each unit incorporates a hermetic wire seal with O‑ring sealing. A Serco flange feedthrough option adds hermetic wire sealing together with an elastomer gland, centering hardware and O‑ring sealing system. The feedthroughs are offered with four ISO‑KF type stainless‑steel fittings—NW‑16, NW‑25, NW‑40 and NW‑50—and accommodate wire sizes ranging from 28‑gauge to 12‑gauge. Each assembly can support up to 90 single‑or multi‑strand copper conductors.
