C & S Metal Fabricating delivers comprehensive metal‑fabrication solutions, covering sheet and plate work, shearing, punching, drilling, press‑brake forming, rolling, as well as fitting and welding. The shearing capabilities incorporate CNC‑controlled burning, plasma cutting and oxy‑fuel cutting processes. The shop works with carbon steel, stainless steel, various alloys and aluminum to produce a wide range of components such as brackets, clips, pipe clamps and supports, structural steel members, belt and coupling guards, cabinets, panels, boxes, tanks, non‑code vessels, ductwork, cones, transitions, skids, platforms, ladders, hoppers and bins. Large‑scale items can be fabricated, including stacks up to 12 ft. in diameter, 3 in. thick and 50 ft. long weighing 68,000 lb.; bunkers up to 12 ft. × 12 ft. × 26 ft. with a capacity of 120,000 lb.; and beams up to 36 in. deep, 280 lb/ft., and 280 ft. long. Material handling is supported by rollers, forklifts and overhead cranes capable of moving weldments as heavy as 40 tons, while lift systems and truck‑mounted hydraulic cranes provide a combined lifting capacity of 365 tons.
