CBP Engineering Corp. provides custom manufacturing of ceramic‑based abrasion‑resistant materials and components. The product portfolio spans alumina ceramics, ceramic composites, silicon carbide, chutes and cones, pipe connections, elbows, ceramic‑lined fan blades, pipe fittings, FGD systems, expansion joints, abrasion‑resistant liners and linings, wall mounts, ceramic‑lined steel pipes, decorative floor tile, shut‑off valves and other wear parts. Production capabilities include fabricating units up to 40 ft long × 8 ft wide × 8 ft high with a 10‑ton lift capacity, constructing lined and unlined pipe work with diameters up to 30 m, and machining semi‑automatic segment bends as large as 1,010 mm. The engineered ceramic‑lined products are engineered for use in coal‑fired power plants, coal preparation facilities, cement and steel operations, as well as pulp and paper processing. CBP Engineering Corp. also offers on‑site inspection and field‑cutting services to support installation and maintenance requirements
