Aero Specialties Material Corp. distributes a broad spectrum of metals, alloys and related materials, encompassing super‑alloys, nickel and high‑temperature alloys, copper and electronic alloys, forgings, magnesium alloys, refractory and reactive metals, as well as plastics, alloy steel and tool steel. The inventory features titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel®, Hastelloy®, Waspaloy®, Invar®, Kovar®, molybdenum, tantalum, columbium, tungsten, beryllium, acetral, nylon and PTFE, offered in a variety of shapes such as rounds, flats, hexes, squares, welding wires, general wires, sheets, plates, strips, coils, tubing, pipes and hollow bars. Custom cutting to size is available. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC and manual machining together with sheet‑metal fabrication capable of handling material up to 0.125 in. thick, at a maximum sheet width of 72 in. and a feed rate of 450 spm. Additional services comprise anodizing, contour cutting, grinding, milling, custom blanking, leveling, heat treating, shearing, perforating, slitting, saw cutting, forging, export‑ready packaging, coating and sheet polishing.
