Greening Associates, Inc. designs and builds computer‑controlled inertia‑type brake dynamometers used to replicate test procedures for automotive, aircraft, railroad and off‑the‑road vehicle brake systems. The product line also includes a SAE J661 Chase dry‑friction material test machine, rotary‑wheel cyclic fatigue equipment, fastener torque‑tension testers, and brake‑fluid stroking units that comply with SAE J174 and SAE RM65 standards. Clutch testing capabilities cover spin/burst performance as well as the SAE No. 2 Model 108 universal wet‑clutch test machine. Existing hardware can be upgraded with advanced computer‑control and data‑acquisition systems. In addition, Greening Associates operates a certified contract‑testing laboratory and administers the D‑to‑the‑Third‑Power EA® brake‑lining certification program.
