Roto-Disc Co. designs and manufactures industrial valves for dry and slurry material‑handling applications. The product portfolio covers spherical valves, diverter valves and air‑lock/double‑dump valves, with the spherical line offered in heavy‑duty, lightweight, sanitary and inflatable‑seal configurations. In addition to the valves themselves, Roto‑Disc supplies control accessories, pipe and flange adaptors, and custom‑engineered components. Valve bodies are fabricated from a range of alloys and metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, ductile iron, aluminum, Hastelloy®, Monel®, abrasion‑resistant steel and aluminum bronze. The company’s capabilities extend to mechanical and electro‑polishing, water‑cooled thermal regulation, large‑size valve design, retrofit repair, clean‑in‑place (CIP) processing, rotational molding, and throttling or dribble‑feeding functions. Roto‑Disc serves sectors such as pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical and powder handling, semiconductor manufacturing, pulp and paper, power generation, and catalyst production. All products are manufactured in the United States.
