Wandres Corp. delivers micro‑cleaning systems—including both contact and non‑contact configurations—engineered to neutralize static electricity and extract particulate matter from treated surfaces. The patented Ingromat™ technology draws contaminants away from the workpiece and directs them into a filtered vacuum extraction line. The BIE 55 and WB 57 series are optimized for the web, sheet‑printing, converting sectors, as well as flat‑glass production facilities. For applications involving laminate, carton board, glass, and metal, the BIE 98/99 models provide a robust cleaning solution. A complementary lineup of CH‑29, WB‑29, and TC‑29 cleaners is capable of handling all of the aforementioned material categories, with additional functionality for cleaning bore holes, cutouts, and edge profiles. All units feature automatic height adjustment, built‑in crash protection, and seamless PLC integration for streamlined process control.
