Demaich Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures custom snap‑action thermostatic bimetal components, insulation fasteners, dome fasteners, precision stampings and sub‑assemblies, operating under ISO 9001:2008 certification. The product line includes fabricated dome caps, retainers, washers, latches, spring arms, terminals, appliance clips, push‑on clips, spring clips, fastener clips, retainer clips and flat springs. Engineering services cover CAD design, electrical and temperature testing, rapid prototyping, stamping, progressive tooling and both automatic and semi‑automatic assembly. Additional manufacturing capabilities comprise resistance welding, riveting, cinching, plating, powder coating, painting, and mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic pressing with subsequent modification. Demaich’s components are employed in gas burners, hair dryers, hand dryers, heaters, home appliances, hot‑water heaters, HVAC controls, motor overload protectors, ovens, photocopiers, photo switches, pollution‑control valves, safety devices, satellites, solar heaters, steam traps, switches, temperature indicators, thermal valves, thermostats and water purifiers. The company also meets PPAP requirements.
