Ion Physics Corp. provides wide-band current transformers, also referred to as wide-band current monitors, current probes, or pulse-current transformers. Its devices can measure both AC and pulsed currents over a frequency span from just under 1 Hz to 100 MHz and handle current levels ranging from milliamps to several hundred kiloamps. The standard product line offers five selectable sensitivity options, covering a range from 1 mV per ampere to 5 V per ampere.
