East Coast Metals manufactures custom fasteners—including threaded rods, studs, bolts, nuts, washers, screws and socket products—using a wide array of materials. The bolt portfolio comprises U‑bolts, anchor bolts, hook bolts, eye bolts and J‑bolts, while the nut selection includes lock nuts, flange nuts, slotted nuts and square nuts. Flat and beveled washers are offered, and screw types cover square‑head set screws, machine screws, lag screws and fillister‑head screws. Materials processed range from alloy‑20, alloy‑400 and alloy‑600 to B7, B7M, B16, brass, copper, corten steel, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, L7, L7M, nitronic, nickel, nicroloy, phosphorous bronze, silicon bronze, and a variety of steel grades such as C1008, C1020, C1038, C1045, C1117, C1215, medium‑carbon steels, A286 stainless steel, titanium, as well as stainless grades 302, 303, 304, 309, 316, 317, 321, 410, 416, 431, 17‑4 PH and H1150. Manufacturing capabilities feature wire straightening for steel and stainless steel from 0.072 in to 0.562 in, shearing from 1/16 in to 2 in diameter, sawing from 3/8 in to 10 in diameter, and both right‑hand and left‑hand threading with thread‑cutting operations. The company’s quality system complies with ISO 9002 requirements.
