KLD Labs, Inc. provides engineering and manufacturing services for custom data acquisition systems designed for field deployment. The company creates solutions that capture air flow, electrical current, humidity, pressure, temperature, vibration and a broad range of aerosol parameters. Its Electro‑Optics department focuses on the design and implementation of high‑speed machine‑vision systems. The Instrumentation division has introduced four successive generations of portable liquid‑droplet analyzers capable of measuring particles from 1 micron up to 500 microns.
