Westfall Manufacturing Co. designs and produces a range of water‑treatment equipment, including venturi flow meters, vacuum diatomaceous‑earth filters, static mixers, volumetric feeders, skid‑mounted diatomaceous‑earth treatment systems, and specialized valves with electric controls. The company’s products meet ISO 10474 standards and are offered in two venturi configurations: a long‑form, low‑head‑loss model and a short‑form version featuring a dual convergent inlet section. Fiberglass venturi meters incorporate metal throats fabricated from bronze or stainless steel, while static injection mixers are available in PVC, FRP, stainless steel and titanium. These mixers operate without moving parts; fluids are introduced into the full‑pipe static element and blended through alternating vortex shedding and high‑shear turbulence. A compact ring‑body design enables mounting between standard pipe flanges. Westfall’s manufacturing capability, supported by CAD tools, accommodates pipe diameters up to 118 in.
