The company can complete most end‑configuration operations in a single pass, and it bends wire and tubular sections without inducing kinks, while also providing heading and bulging processes. Finished parts retain exact outside and inside diameters, showing no distortion or collapse. Length accuracy is maintained within ±0.001 in., and diameter tolerance is held to 0.5 in. The standard wall thickness is 0.040 in. on a given outside diameter, with larger dimensions available on request. When required, parts are tumbled to eliminate sharp edges, and optional passivation, grit blasting, or bead blasting can be applied. In‑house tooling is primarily carbide‑based, supporting rapid changeover and Just‑In‑Time delivery.
