LHM Engineering provides 5‑axis precision CNC machining for metal components and offers a full suite of complementary manufacturing capabilities. The firm’s processes include wire and sinker electrical discharge machining, laser and water‑jet cutting, rapid prototyping, and stamping. It works with a broad material portfolio that spans aluminum, acrylic, stainless steel, various plastics, polycarbonate (PC), nylon and titanium. Surface‑finishing options cover cylindrical, surface and polygon grinding, bead blasting, serialized engraving, vapor honing, laser marking, polishing and vibratory tumbling. Both prototype parts and full production runs can be supplied. Additional post‑machining treatments such as anodizing, annealing, passivation, electropolishing, plating, powder coating, stress relieving, vacuum heat treating and carburizing are also available. LHM Engineering is ITAR registered.
