Sonic Air Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures engineered blowers and air‑knife systems for every manufacturing sector. The company maintains ISO 9001:2008 certification and offers centrifugal blowers that handle air and gas flows ranging from 100 to 3,500 CFM at pressures of 1 to 4 PSIG, compatible with both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power. Motors are supplied in NEMA or IEC configurations, are CE‑registered, and can be electric, explosion‑proof, hydraulic, or engine driven. A patented variable‑temperature (VT) blower line generates hot air up to 275 °F without the need for external heaters, while water‑cooled models tolerate inlet temperatures as high as 400 °F. Additional after‑cooler units can produce discharge air only 10 °F above the cooling water temperature and support flows up to 1,000 CFM. HEPA filtration units are rated for 1,000 CFM and achieve 0.3‑micron particle removal. Air‑knife products are available with inlet diameters from 1.5 in to 6 in and lengths spanning 6 in to 16 ft, constructed from aluminum, steel, or stainless steel. These knives deliver air velocities between 5,000 and 40,000 FPM for applications such as water blow‑off, drying, dust extraction, static neutralization, coating control, coating drying, cooling, heating, and other processes. Several patented knife designs are offered, and standard configurations are typically shipped within five days after receipt of order.
