Thermo Transfer, Inc. designs, manufactures and installs heat‑processing equipment for a range of industrial applications. Its product portfolio comprises roller hearths, mesh belts, boxes, tip‑ups, car‑bottoms and integral quench furnaces, as well as a full line of atmosphere gas generators that cover exothermic, endothermic, nitrogen (molecular‑sieve) and dissociated‑ammonia configurations. The furnaces can be heated by direct open‑fire, indirect fuel‑fire, or electric systems, and may be lined with either refractory material or ceramic fiber. Thermo Transfer also provides complete repair services and modifications for existing heat‑processing machinery. Rebuilding capabilities include installation of new gas or electric heating systems, replacement of insulation linings, and integration of updated control packages. The company stocks replacement components for its own equipment and for furnaces and generators produced by other manufacturers. Additionally, Thermo Transfer offers furnace alloy rolls, belts, heating elements, radiant tubes and a range of nickel catalysts in all sizes and specifications.
