Bradley Pulverizer Company designs and builds pendulum roller mills, air classifiers, turbine classifiers, particle separators, and full‑scale continuous grinding and crushing systems tailored for hard, friable and abrasive feedstocks. Its product line includes pulverizing and crushing mills suited to semi‑fine and fine grinding tasks, as well as screen and air‑classifying equipment for powder‑grinding operations. Air‑swept dynamic classifiers and static separators can be added to any mill configuration to achieve specific particle‑size distribution targets. The company’s airswept mill families deliver capacities ranging from 1 to 150 tons per hour, producing uniform particle sizes that can be adjusted from a 50 percent pass of 150 microns down to a 100 percent pass of 30 microns in a single pass. Bradley Pulverizer Company also offers in‑house engineering of custom mill systems to address unique application requirements. Its solutions are deployed in more than 40 countries across sectors such as cement, steel, fertilizer (including phosphates), petroleum (barite and bentonite), mineral fillers, clay, coal, utility (limestone grinding for SO₂ removal), pulp and paper, chemicals, pigments, building materials, among others.
