Precision Profiles manufactures tight‑tolerance steam turbine components for original equipment manufacturers and serves the power‑generation, oil‑and‑gas, utility, marine and defense sectors. The firm works with a broad palette of materials, including carbon steel, brass, aluminum, copper, iron, titanium, zinc, Inconel®, other superalloys, as well as engineering plastics such as ABS, acetal, acrylic, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, PVC, PTFE and long‑glass‑fiber‑reinforced (LGFR) plastics. Production capabilities span milling, drilling, boring, turning, tapping, threading, broaching, profiling and cutting, complemented by engineering and surface‑grinding operations.
