Analytical Process, Inc. supplies process‑control instrumentation that measures both viscosity and liquid concentration in streams or vessels. The product line comprises process viscometers, portable viscometers and sonic‑velocity sensors, all of which can be constructed from 316 stainless steel and optionally finished with Hastelloy®, Monel® or PTFE coatings. Viscometer sensors are integrated with electronic packages that deliver real‑time data on viscosity, temperature and density. Typical viscometer applications include controlling the viscosity of fuel oil, asphalt binder and polymerization processes, while sonic‑velocity sensors are used to monitor inline liquid concentration, crystallization and neutralization steps, as well as beer and wort production. The company also provides spare parts and calibration services for relative viscometers.
