Dynamic Surface Technologies, Inc. delivers heat‑treating and coating finishing services designed to shield products from wear and corrosion. The company developed the Dynablue ferritic nitrocarburizing process, which is applicable to any tool or alloy steel. Its coating solutions are suitable for die‑cast dies, molds, core pins, hot and cold chambers, plastic injection molds, cutting tools, and fluid‑power components. The resulting compound layer can achieve Vickers hardness of up to 1880, a coefficient of friction as low as 0.03, and provides both anti‑galling and anti‑sticking characteristics. Production capacity accommodates parts up to 77 in. × 110 in. and 134 in. × 42 in., with a maximum load capacity of 15 tons.
